Business is easier with the right women beside you.

Six Figured Females is a curated female founders’ network and peer-mentoring community for established founders and directors across London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. There’s no pitching or selling, just monthly meet-ups, honest peer support, and a room of welcoming women who've been exactly where you are.

The next stage of your business starts with the right room.

“Nobody really gets the whole self-employed stuff… this is a group of people that totally get it, and that’s what makes it really special.

I don’t think of it as a place I go to win business. I go for the support.”

Lianne, Host, Chelmsford Group

Business happens because of the trust you build; sales become a byproduct, never the goal in Six Figures.

female founders networking

Who?

Established, ambitious female founders and directors who’ve been running or leading a business for two years or more and now ready to stop building alone.

Women networking in London and essex

What?

A curated, application-only network and peer-mentoring community. Monthly, in-person meet-ups across eight private locations. No pitching, no pretence, just honest peer support.

Networking for introverts

Why?

Because business can be a lonely place, but it doesn’t have to be. SFF is where you remember why you started and fall back in love with it again.

Chelmsford women in business networking

This isn't an open networking group. It's an invite-only one.

You won’t find a public sign-up link for Six Figured Females. Every member must submit an application and is then personally invited by Alison. Why? Because the value of this room is the calibre of the women in it, and that only holds if we protect it.

There’s no elevator pitch here, no referral quota, no one keeping time. You’re walking into women who’ve built real businesses, weathered real setbacks, and understand exactly what it costs to keep going when no one at home fully gets it either. These women have lived what you’re going through and know you feel lonely. But not for much longer…

Three things you won't get anywhere else...

A room that's actually curated.

Every member is vetted for calibre and fit, not just an industry slot or a paid ticket.

No pitching, ever.

Conversations aren't currency. Business is a byproduct of trust, never the goal of the meeting.

Peer mentoring, not performance.

You come to be honest about where you're stuck, not to pretend how well things are going.

What do I get as a member of SFF?

Members often arrive drained from the day-to-day of running a business, but they don’t leave that way. This isn’t a vague sense of “community.” It’s an ongoing support team you can call on between meetings, not just during them. Because SFF relationships are built on trust, not transactions, friendships have formed and collaborations have followed.

  • Monthly, in-person gatherings in beautiful, private spaces across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and London; never a shabby conference room.
  • A sounding board of women who’ve got your back. It’s 9pm on a Sunday and you’ve no idea how to negotiate a tricky client first thing Monday morning? You’ve got a group chat, not just a calendar reminder.
  • Private peer mentoring, not top-down coaching but advice from women who’ve actually lived the problem you’re wrestling with.
  • Honest, unfiltered conversation about the parts of running a business nobody puts on LinkedIn, including the messy middle and the breakdown moments.
  • Access across all seven locations and more coming, so the room travels with you if you do.

Wherever you are, there’s a welcoming room nearby.

Every group meets somewhere specially chosen, typically a private space with real character. Wherever you’re based, there’s a room close by. And once you’re a member, you’re welcome to visit any of the others too.

Franchise opportunities: We’re ambitious about growth and are seeking to expand the brand. Fancy launching a franchise in your area?

Don't take our word for it.

We cry together and laugh together. Because business is tough and it’s a lot less tough with the right room behind you and the right women beside you.

I know what it feels like to be alone in business; that’s why SFF exists.

Six Figured Females started in 2022, when three friends got tired of the usual networking rooms: the same rotating speakers, the sponsors who show up for the exposure and leave before the real conversation starts.

I took over in May 2025 when it was just two groups and 28 members. A year on, we’re seven groups and growing across Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and London. We’re even launching franchise opportunities!

My own background is in systems and automation but nothing in my career taught me what the SFF room could do for women like you and me. I know what it’s like to feel lonely in business, surrounded by people all day and still feel like nobody quite gets it. I want every woman who joins SFF to remember why she started her business in the first place and fall back in love with it again.

SFF is full of ambitious women, but what makes it special is that they care, too. They bring their hard days, their cry days, and their genuinely brilliant days, and none of it needs dressing up or hiding. That’s exactly why I love this room. And it’s exactly why I want you in it. Business can be a lonely place but not when you’re a member of SFF.

This has never been about one person, least of all me. It’s about the women in it, and my job is to bring the right people together and get out of the way.

If that sounds like your kind of room, I’d love to meet you.

Would you love to join the room?

We’re not going to ask for a five-year plan or a tax return. You don’t even need to be earning 6 figures, but you’re ambitious and driven.

Just tell us about you, your business, and what you’re looking for and we’ll take it from there.

Applications are reviewed personally by Alison. Not everyone who applies is invited; that’s what keeps this room worth being in.

What other events do SFF host?

As well as the monthly SFF meeting, as a member you’ll be invited to join our legendary Summer and Winter Soiree held at an exclusive venue. You’ll also be able to attend our annual retreat and this year we’re also planning a trip to Paris for culture, food and of course some chic shopping!

And if you’re interested in something a little more educational there’s monthly marketing sessions, regular workshops on sales, budgeting and finance, tech, ai and automations, plus members can host their very own virtual sessions to share their knowledge and insights.

Needless to say, there’s plenty of opportunities to learn, share and enjoy being part of this thriving and ambitious community; always together, never alone.

Frequently asked questions

Who can join your membership?

Six Figured Females is open to female founders and directors who’ve been running or leading a business for at least two years. We don’t accept members from reseller or MLM-style business programmes.

Not necessarily. We have members earning under six figures, at six figures, and well beyond it. What we all have in common is that we’re aspirational action-takers. If that’s you, and you’re working towards scaling further, we’d love to hear from you.

We don’t operate an industry lockout policy, though we do aim to keep a good balance of business types within each group.

The beauty of our meetings is that there isn’t a rigid one. No pitches, no timers, no closed referrals, just open, honest conversation. Each member shares how their month’s gone and gets real support and advice in return, in a welcoming, non-judgemental room.

Yes, in fact we actively encourage it. You can purchase a guest ticket to visit any of our other locations whenever you like.

There is also a Flex Pass, which is useful if you can’t make your usual location’s meeting that month. Instead, you can visit a different location.

There is a limit – 2 location visits per 12 months – so eg someone can visit London twice, Cambridge twice.

Meetings are reserved exclusively for members, because what’s said in the room needs to stay in the room.

We’re selective about who attends our events. Occasionally, we’ll personally extend an invite to someone outside the membership.

No. We review applications based on your social media presence and what you share in your application, not your accounts. We’re looking for women who’ve been in business 2+ years and who are ambitious about where they’re headed.

There’s a minimum membership commitment of three months. After that, you can cancel with at least one month’s billing notice. For example: if your billing date is 10th September, your membership will end on 9th October.

We’re not built around pitches, referral quotas or lead generation. Six Figured Females is a peer-mentoring community. The focus is honest support between women who’ve actually built what you’re building. Business happens naturally out of trust, not out of a sales agenda.

No. We currently have groups across London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, with new locations launching regularly. Wherever your nearest group is, you’re also welcome to visit any of our other locations as a guest.

Each group meets monthly, in person, at a private venue local to that group.

Yes. Six Figured Females is a female founders’ network, built specifically for women running or directing established businesses.

Membership is £55 per month or £550 per year.

Since taking on SFF in 2025, Alison owns all 7 groups but ambitious for growth this year we have launched franchise opportunities. If you’re interested in learning more, please register your interest.

We can't wait to welcome you
